Hosting

This website is hosted via Netlify. The provider is Netlify, Inc. When you access the website, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, in particular your IP address, time of access, requested resource and technical browser/device information. Processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where Netlify processes data on my behalf, this is based on a data processing agreement. For transfers to the United States, Netlify refers in particular to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as safeguards.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, the information you enter — in particular your name, email address, selected service area, language and, where applicable, your message — is processed via Netlify Forms and stored in Netlify’s form management system. I receive an email notification when a new enquiry is submitted. The data is used exclusively to deal with your enquiry and to prepare a possible working relationship.

Please do not submit diagnoses, health data or other particularly sensitive personal information through the contact form. A brief description of your enquiry is sufficient for initial contact.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns steps prior to a possible contractual relationship; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies. The same applies if you contact me directly by email.

Video calls via Google Meet

Video calls may take place via Google Meet. Connection and usage data may be processed and, depending on how you use the service and your Google account, your name and email address may also be processed. Depending on the technical provision of the service, data may also be processed in third countries. The provider’s privacy information also applies. I do not record conversations.

Retention period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Data from contact enquiries is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no further collaboration takes place, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require longer storage. If a working relationship is established, certain data may be retained for the applicable statutory periods. Submissions stored in Netlify are reviewed regularly and deleted once they are no longer required to deal with the enquiry.

Your rights

Subject to the requirements of the GDPR, you have in particular the right of access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and, where applicable, the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

Cookies, tracking and language

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not use tracking services. Language versions are provided through separate URLs; no language preference is stored in the browser for analytics or advertising purposes.
